In preparation for our 50th Anniversary in 2024, the Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation developed a Strategic Plan. As we approach this incredible milestone, we are excited about our plans for the future.

Our focus over the next three years is guided by four strategic themes:

1. Strengthen community recognition of DHHF and how donor support enhances our community’s quality of life.
2. Inspire and nurture a culture of philanthropy and giving in our community.
3. Diversify our fundraising capacity through creative and engaging partnerships, programs and activities.
4. Elevate organizational performance through collaborative, transparent and focused governance and management.

Woven through each of our strategic imperatives is a commitment to engaging and nurturing partnerships – partnerships with our community, our donors and our volunteers.
